Hello, I am Kyle Petersen, a UX designer with a passion for digital design and intensive problem
solving.
Uncovering and solving user centered problems is at the heart of what I do. My background in
3-dimensional design, engineering, and prototyping offers me unique insights and allows me to
leverage my strengths towards forward-thinking, user-centric design.
Case Study 1: StreamVu Timeline: 3 weeks StreamVu was based on an idea to create a library for streaming services and programs to help users determine where to find certain movies or tv series. The project was completed by a three-person design team in a classroom setting.
Case Study 2: NSA Redesign
Timeline: 5 weeks
This project featured a simple redesign of the NSA’s cumbersome
web navigation. The result was a hi-fidelity mobile and web
prototype, with a functioning navbar interface. This project was
completed by a group of just two designers in a classroom setting.
Case Study 3: PerfectEdge
Timeline: 3 weeks
Perfect Edge is a mobile experience designed to give users the
opportunityto aquire high end kitchen equipment for less money
via both short and long term rental periods. Completed over a
three week period by a single designer.
